Fish Chowder Using Evaporated Milk. (an electric mixer may be used). I did use oyster meat with liquid but went with 2 1/4 cups (perfect amount), and i was out of cream and since there is a bit of flour added, i went with 3 cups of evaporated milk to replace the cream and milk, also perfect.

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir ingredients until mixture is creamy and smooth. Mix sugar, evaporated milk and butter together and cook until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring frequently.

Remove from fire and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Also added a good handful of small peeled shrimp and a few crab sticks as well.
